REFUND RULES

CANCELLATION POLICY

We support transparent refund processes based on the notice given prior to the rental pickup hour.

1. Notice timelines & Refund tiers

  • Notice ≥ 24 hours: 100% of the advance/rental amount paid will be refunded.
  • Notice < 24 hours: 50% of the advance/rental amount paid will be refunded, and a 50% cancellation fee is retained.
  • No-show / Cancellation after start: No refund will be issued.

2. Processing Time

Approved cancellation refunds are credited back to the customer's source payment account within 5 to 7 working bank business days.
