DAMAGE LIABILITY POLICY
Familiarize yourself with liability rules, repair assessment schedules, and insurance guidelines.
1. Renter Liability Maximum
In case of minor scratches, bumper dents, or tyre damages caused during the trip, the renter is liable for the full repair cost up to the amount of the refundable security deposit.
2. Major Accident Insurance
For severe accidents qualifying for comprehensive insurance claims, the renter's liability is capped at the insurance excess fee (ranging from ₹5,000 to ₹10,000 depending on the vehicle category), provided the renter was not driving under the influence or in violation of the speed limit rules.
3. Damage Records Logging
New damages logged during return inspection are logged in the admin panel. Photos will be shared with the renter alongside the workshop repair invoice.
