KYC & ELIGIBILITY POLICY
Learn what documents are required and how we verify your credentials to activate your rental booking.
1. Driving License Verification
The primary renter must hold a valid Indian Driving License for Light Motor Vehicles (LMVs). The license must be original and active, and cannot be a learner's permit. The license issue date must be at least 12 months prior to the trip start date.
2. Identity & Address Validation
Reneters must upload a valid Aadhaar Card or Passport. The name on the ID must exactly match the name on the Driving License.
3. Selfie Portrait Verification
Renter must upload a live selfie photo. Our verification team maps the selfie against the photo on the Driving License to prevent identity theft.
