We respect your privacy and secure all uploaded personal identity files in encrypted private storage directories.
1. Secure Document Storage
Your Driving License, Aadhaar, and selfie live photos are processed securely using Supabase storage buckets. Access is restricted to operational verification staff only via short-lived cryptographic signed links. Public access to renter files is strictly blocked.
2. Geo-Location & GPS Telematics
For security and fleet safety, all CityRide vehicles are equipped with real-time GPS trackers logging vehicle location, travel velocity, odometer increments, and battery health. This telemetry data is kept secure and accessed only for operations control and maintenance.
3. Third-party Legal Requests
We will only disclose user profile details or travel telemetry records to legal law enforcement agencies upon receiving validated legal mandates under applicable Indian cyber security regulations.
