Rental Agreement Terms

SAMPLE CONTRACT

Familiarize yourself with the contract stipulations signed during reservation check-in.

1. Vehicle Ownership

CityRide remains the sole, absolute owner of the vehicle. The renter is granted temporary self-drive custody for the specified duration and is not authorized to sublease or hand over the keys to third parties.

2. Toll and FASTag Charges

FASTag toll transactions logged during the rental duration will be automatically deducted from the refundable security deposit. Transaction statements will be provided upon settlement.

3. Damage and Cleanliness

Renter is expected to return the car in a clean, sanitized state. Return of muddy, dirty, or stained interiors will trigger a ₹1,000 professional washing charge. Scratches will be assessed per our damage schedule.
