FINANCIAL CHARTER
SECURITY DEPOSIT POLICY
We require a refundable security deposit to ensure vehicle safekeeping and post-rental settlements.
1. Deposit Pre-requisite
A security deposit (ranging from ₹2,500 to ₹5,000 depending on the vehicle category) must be paid and received before the vehicle keys can be handed over.
2. Settlement Deductions
Post-rental charges including extra kilometres travelled, fuel shortfalls, FASTag toll bills, late return fees, and repair estimates for scratches/dents will be adjusted against this security deposit.
3. Refund Processing
The remaining balance after adjustments will be refunded to the renter's bank account within 3 working days after the physical vehicle return.
